John Sparks

Mr. Sparks has been working for Allied Technologies and Consulting, LLC (ATC) in support of the Fort Detrick community for over 16 years. During that time, he has served as a Program Manager, Operations Manager, Contracts Manager, and Project Manager, and supported nearly every corporate function within ATC. Mr. Sparks is currently managing the USAMMDA support services contract, which includes support to OPMED (DHA) and PM Soldier Medical Devices (PEO Soldier – Army). He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Frostburg State University. Mr. Sparks recently served on the Board of Directors for the Fort Detrick Alliance for four years.
