SMART PROC GovCon is a 2-day event held in Frederick near Fort Detrick.  SPGC23 will feature breakout sessions focused on the same SMART focus on defense and medical R&D, public health, civilian health agencies,  defense intelligence and information technology that are key industries supporting the defense and civilian agencies in the Mid-Atlantic region. SMART PROC provides small business with vital information necessary to better understand the federal procurement process, mission requirements and forecast opportunities.
