Kelly Green

MS. KELLY R. GREEN is a Service Branch Chief, Contracting Officer and Agreements Officer for the Defense Health Agency, Fort Detrick, Maryland, and serves as a key stakeholder to the U.S. Army Medical Research and Materiel Command, Planning and Lifecycle Review Committee. Ms. Green holds Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act, Contracting Certification Level III, Program Management Certification Level I, and is a member of the Army Acquisition Corps. She has an MBA degree from Shepherd University, BS in Economics, and a BS in Political Science from Shepherd University. Ms. Green has been in the Government since 2005, her career has been spent prominently focusing on Research and Development type contract vehicles.
