Current position: Director, Medical Technology Transfer (falls under the Deputy to the CG MRDC) formerly as part of the United States Army Medical Research and Materiel Command (MRMC) and now falls under the Defense Health Agency (DHA) with the Office located at Fort Detrick, Maryland. Currently oversees the Medical Technology Transfer Staff and has responsibilities for assisting DHA Activities with CRADAs, Technology Transfer, Patent and other Licensing Agreements, the Commercialization of Govt Inventions, needed Marketing Efforts, and for Royalty Collection/Distribution.
Last 2 positions: 1) Deputy to the PARC /Commander of the 409th Contracting Support BDE, Army Contracting Command, supporting the United States Army – Europe, located in Germany Jan. 2013 – Jan. 2018. 2) PARC/Director, United States Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) at MRMC - Ft. Detrick Aug. 2004 –Jan. 2013
Retired from Active Duty (LTC, MS - April 2003) as the Chief of Health Affairs Division, Defense Contracting Command – Washington at the Pentagon and Contracting Officer on 3 of the Tricare Contracts.
