Pete Hunter serves the Army Medical Command as the Associate Director for Small Business Programs. In this role, Mr. Hunter ensures effective implementation of the Army Small Business Program. Providing small business oversight, Mr. Hunter and his team are responsible for Army spend with small businesses that exceeds $1 Billion. Mr. Hunter's experience covers a number of supported programs, operations and organizations. Mr. Hunter is a recipient of the Department of the Army Superior Civilian Service Award and a three-time recipient of the Department of the Army Commander's Award for Civilian Service. A graduate of Phillips Exeter Academy, Mr. Hunter holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law.
