Sara Langdon is a Program Manager in the Defense Health Agency (DHA). Within this capacity, she manages the Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) with the Medical Technology Enterprise Consortium (MTEC), DHA and USAMRDC’s first acquisition model using the Other Transaction Authority for prototypes. The portfolio currently includes 250+ prototyping projects that span the medical R&D space.
Ms. Langdon has over 20 years of experience working at the US Army Medical Research and Development Command (USAMRDC) which recently transitioned under DHA, leading efforts to bring internal and external stakeholders together in support of improving warfighter readiness and shaping the future Joint force. Previous positions on post include legal intern at the Office of the Staff Judge Advocate and Technology Transfer Associate at the Office of Research and Technology Applications, where she managed technology transfer activities of Army laboratories and health care centers for the development of drugs, vaccines and medical devices in support of the Army's mission.
