Terrance Taylor

Terrance Taylor is the District Director for Congressman Steny H. Hoyer (MD-05). In this role, he addresses local policy issues and acts as the primary liaison between the district office and various stakeholders, including local, county, and state elected officials, business organizations, civic and nonprofit groups, and federal agencies. His main responsibility is overseeing the district office's operations. Before his work with Congressman Hoyer, Terrance was the Special Projects Liaison for U.S. Representative David Price (NC-04). Terrance holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Morgan State University and a Master of Arts from Duke University.
