Tim Belski

Mr. Belski is the Program Director for BARDA’s Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing Preparedness (BioMaP) program, leading an interdisciplinary team to prepare for manufacturing vaccines, biologics and drugs at the speed and scale required during a public health emergency. Prior to joining BARDA, Mr. Belski led the US Department of Defense’s Advanced Development and Manufacturing Capabilities program, which established the biologics manufacturing facility in Alachua, FL to support the DoD’s medical countermeasure requirements. Mr. Belski earned his MS in Biotechnology from Johns Hopkins University, and BS in Environmental Science from Westminster College, New Wilmington, PA.
